- Struggle to fall asleep at night and spend a lot of time avoiding actually going to bed…
- Either sleep at completely inappropriate hours (from the early AM hours to after noon), or suffer through a day of feeling like a total zombie if forced to wake up to an alarm…
- Finally feel energized late in the day, just at the point in my day when I should be getting ready for bed, and get frustrated with the fact that I’m not sleeping…

And it really sucked. Because I REALLY love my sleep.
So I was determined to figure out what was going on, why my body was acting this way, and how I could get myself back on track to a normal sleeping schedule and overcome my sleep issues.
I did a lot of research and learned a lot more about the physiology of my strange sleeping patterns, and what I discovered led me to not only redevelop normal, regular, relaxed and reasonable sleep during the hours I wanted to get it, but helped me to regain my overall health as well.
