Real Food: What to Eat and Why
This is a great book for learning real food basics and getting a better understanding of what is most important to include in a healthy, nutritious diet. And it’s most certainly not cardboard-cruddy “health” food!
As I mentioned in the Facebook poll, this giveaway is being offered thanks to the generous support of our readers who have made Amazon.com purchases through the links here on the site. I’m using those earnings to buy this book, and will have it shipped directly to the winner!
So, how do I win?
Easy!
You just have to subscribe to our mailing list for email updates (and leave a comment on this post telling me you did so)! You’ll get a quick email whenever there’s a new post, so you won’t miss out on any of the happenings over here at Butter Believer — like free prize giveaways! 😀 You can unsubscribe at any time, BUT, you must be a current subscriber at the time of the drawing in order to win.
