Two reasons I would love to win this! As an online entrepreneur and a writer working on my first novel, short stories and starting a blog, meal planning has taken a back burner. My main reason for wanting to win this is I’m a single mom of two girls and my occupation is definitely NOT a chef!
I’m in the Army, and as the stereotype fits my days are long, and time spent with my daughters during the week are very short.
With this limited amount of time I have to plan accordingly and divide my time into cooking real food and making memories. Weekends should be spent making the memories, but I usually have to sacrifice one of my weekend days to spend at the grocery story, as it is very difficult to buy food properly without reading every single ingredient.
Needless to say, I’m a burnt out mom who quit coffee and could use some help, any help lol, with our day to day activities. I believe this would be a great resource.
